A&A Merchandising designs and executes a variety of consumer and corporate rebate programs. We utilize a total quality management (TQM) process that documents and controls the rebate flow.  This assures near perfect execution on a consistent basis.

Rebate Flow:

· Consumer, corporation or business partner send in rebate claim(s) to A&A

· A&A process rebate claim(s) via a TQM process
A&A tracks the claim's processing cycle time via a metrics reporting system

· A&A uses advanced tools such as bar code scanning, a separation of duties matrix, and process flowcharting to process a claim

· Rebate status is available through our online reporting system.
